- Sparkswood does not charge VAT.
- Parking charges apply separately where applicable to every service.
- Standard small-job prices are based on Harlow and nearby areas. Additional travel charges may apply elsewhere.
- Additional work and materials outside the quoted scope must be agreed separately.
- Making good and decorating after chasing are excluded unless specifically agreed.

Can you help outside Harlow?
We welcome enquiries from Essex and Hertfordshire, plus selected London locations. Confirm your postcode and any travel charges before arranging work.
Does an enquiry confirm a visit?
