EICR prices are based on the agreed inspection and testing scope. The extent of sampling and any limitations will be assessed and documented. Additional testing, where required, will be discussed before proceeding.
Before agreeing the work
- Sparkswood does not charge VAT.
- Parking charges apply separately where applicable to every service.
- Standard small-job prices are based on Harlow and nearby areas. Additional travel charges may apply elsewhere.
- Additional work and materials outside the quoted scope must be agreed separately.
- Making good and decorating after chasing are excluded unless specifically agreed.
