Before agreeing the work
- Sparkswood does not charge VAT.
- Parking charges apply separately where applicable to every service.
- Standard small-job prices are based on Harlow and nearby areas. Additional travel charges may apply elsewhere.
- Additional work and materials outside the quoted scope must be agreed separately.
- Making good and decorating after chasing are excluded unless specifically agreed.
Call-out time bands describe charging, not opening hours or guaranteed availability. Please call to confirm the applicable rate.
